The day has come. Heather is officially walking and doing life on two legs as of today. We are so excited and relieved. Although "gingerly" is the best way to describe her walk, it is nonetheless, walking. She will continue to do rehab and strengthen and activate those muscles and ligaments. Just in time too! Baby is looking like he might want to show up a bit early. Our doctors appointment went well and Dr. Priebe said Heather is dialated to 1.5cm and 50% effaced. That doesn't necessarily mean early delivery, but with some minor contractions she's been having, it's more likely. We'll keep you posted.
