Good morning! Mom and I are up early this morning celebrating --- I just slept for 4 hours straight through the night! Mom came down with a nasty cold this week and I figured she could use the extra rest, so I held off on a couple of my every-other-hour night feedings. I love you mom:). We had so much fun together this week! Guess what? My umbilical cord fell off a few days ago... mom saved the scab - silly!
I used to really hate baths, but now that my umbilical cord is gone and I can get warm water poured all over me, I really like them!!
We had my first doctor's appointment Tuesday. I grew an inch and a half and gained 11 ounces since last week (7 pounds 14 ounces, 21.5 inches long)... SO big!! :)
Before we left, I managed to go to the bathroom all over Mommy's tummy:)
Every time I make these faces, Mommy and Daddy laugh; I'm getting really good at them!
They call this one "rose bud lips". Daddy says I look just like mom when I do this:).
This is my "one-eyed Willie" face... my personal favorite - one eye resting, the other always taking in the action.
After bath time, I get to play on the floor with my mom and dad!

I visited Daddy's 5:15 a.m. spinning class Friday morning :)!
Life is so good. I smiled (for real, not just gas) at daddy for the first time this morning! I love him!
